These new guarantees are strictly limited to domestic users only and applies on all new products purchased from 1 st May 2009. We offer a 10 year guarantee to our furniture ranges City, Kensington, London, New York & Traditional with exception of mirrors, glass, toilets, toilet seats and basins which have a 2 year guarantee. Taps and lighting have a 5 year guarantee.

Miller from Sweden Ltd will determine whether a product is covered by the guarantee. Miller from Sweden Ltd does not replace products that have been subjected to accident, abuse, abnormal usage, improper installation or deviation from the care instructions provided. To make a claim under the products guarantee your original proof of purchase is required as the respective guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
