These products  are guaranteed against defects which affect its funtionalilty and are due to faulty workmanship and materials, for the following periods:

All guarantees are valid from the date of purchase.

WALL HUNG BATHROOM ACCESSORIES

  - 5 years on The Aragon Collection

  - 5 years on The Bond Collection

  - 10 years on The Delphi Collection

  - 5 years on The Franklin Collection

  - 10 years on The Henley Collection

  - 10 years on The Luxor Collection

  - 10 years on The Metro Collection

  - 10 years on The Montana Collection

  - 10 years on The Oslo Collection

  - 10 years on The Stockholm Collection

  - 10 years on The Times Square Collection

  - 5 years on The Classic Accessory Collection

  - 1 year on The Primary Collection

  - 1 year on The Akina Collection

This new variation of guarantees is ONLY VALID on items purchased from Monday 4th May 2009.

The guarantee covers defects appearing during the relevant period set out above.  Miller will, at its option, either repair or replace the product free of charge.

The guarantee does not cover glass or porcelain ware.

The guarantee applies only to products sold and used in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Ireland. 

Strictly limited to Domestic users ONLY.

Its does not cover defects due to:

  • Failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with Miller's instruction.
  • The product being connected to an unsuitable electricity supply.
  • Accidental damage,  abuse or misuse of the product.
  • Repair or modification by a person other than Miller or one of its authorised agents.
  • Dismantling of, or, interference with the product.
  • Theft or attempted theft of the product.

The guarantee also does not cover liability in respect of or replacement of plugs, fuses, bulbs, cables and transformers.

  • If you wish to claim under this quarantee you should:
  • Contact the dealer from whom it was purchased who will confirm the appropriate steps to be taken.
  • Ensure that the product is clean and packed carefully (preferably in its original box, where possible).
  • Enclose details of your name, address and telephone number and when and where the product was purchased, together with proof of purchase (ie: a till receipt)
  • Give details of the nature of the defect.

Before returning any product under this guarantee, please check that:

  • You have followed the product instructions correctly.
  • Your mains electricity supply is functional and the defect is not due to a blown fuse or bulb.

If replacement parts are fitted to any product, this will not extend the period of guarantee.

Miller reserves the right to change documentation, packaging and product specifications without notice.

This guarantee does not cover any liability for incidental, indirect or consequential damage.

Only the original purchaser may claim under this guarantee.
